Instructions: (Like you haven't done this sort of stuff a million times before!) At the top are 'quick links' that will take you to different sections of the catalog. Just check off the items you want, update the amounts in the little boxes (they're all set to '1' right now), fill in the personal information at the bottom and click the 'Go' button. When you click 'Go', another window will be launched with the order form completely filled out and ready to be printed and FAXed, mailed or phoned in to the Bookstore. You can also update your entries and press 'Go' again to make changes.

If you are ordering name plates or name tapes, be sure to put the last name you're ordering for in the box at the bottom of the form.

A note on printing: Set your margins as wide as they'll go. Most printers will allow margins of .25. This can be set (in Internet Explorer) using "File=>Page Setup". And you might want to clear the header and trailer settings as well.
