Cadet Flight Sergeants and Cadet Warrant Officers should know everything that a Cpl/Sgt knows, but with a greater depth of understanding. They will be given a whole variety of tasks on the Squadron from training NCOs to teaching the Cadet Classifications. They will be expected to be handle much greater levels of responsibility and act as mature adults. They should be setting the example for everyone beneath them, so their uniform and mannerisms must be of an exceptionally high standard. They act as a link between the Adult Staff and the Cadets. The list of responsibilities of "Senior" SNCOs on a Squadron is almost endless.
