The Art of Following
In order for people to complete the things that they are trying to do in that environment whether it be for pleasure, for work, or for other purposes they must adhere to the guidelines and be a follower. If that relationship of follower-leader trust is broken, the follower has chosen not to follow, and thus choosing not to continue with their business.

HiMAT Program
The HiMAT project's effect can be seen in the newest generation of military fighter jets and commercial aircraft. Today's fighters use many of the composites developed and improved upon during HiMAT testing to allow higher G turns. Composites are also used in everything from prosthetic limbs to racecars, bike frames to fishing rods.
