Benefits
The benefits of working on CadetStuff.org include: a cool CadetStuff t-shirt, a nifty CadetStuff.org e-mail address, and the knowledge that you're working on the coolest cadet program site on the Internet. Did we mention that none of us gets paid?

CadetStuff.org is not an employer. We're all volunteers who do this because we love to. If you're a web geek and are involved in a cadet program (JROTC, ROTC, Sea Cadets, CAP, Young Marines), then you're well on the way to being the perfect candidate. The duties and workload depends strictly on you. If you have the time to commit to getting something done in a week, then you can get it done in a week. If your schedule is such that you can only commit a small amount of time and that project might take a month instead, well, then its going to take a month. We're not in any hurry (usually).

We're flexible and results-oriented, but we also understand that we all have lives outside of this. We want staffers who are team players and work well with a minimum amount of supervision and direction. Our staff is spread all over the country, so you'll never get the boss standing in your doorway talking about your TPS reports... We promise.
